In 2014, I lead a stream about Dance, Leadership, and Organisation at the Art of Management and Organisation conference in Copenhagen together with Professor Brigitte Biehl-Missal from the BSP Business School Berlin.

We had a number of very interesting papers presented at the stream, which were contextualised through a number of equally interesting practical demonstrations. After the conference, we decided to follow up by editing a special issue for the journal associated with the conference: Organizational Aesthetics.

Again there was a very positive response and we have now decided to lead another stream at the 2016 Art of Management and Organisation.
